My Voyager has suddenly gone completely out of tune. The calibration between all three Oscillators is almost 40ct and the temperament of Osc 3 is completely whack. (however very nice for microtonal music!!!). I've done the usual... reset pot mapping, checked the pitch wheel and let it warm up for over an hour. It's obviously in need for a calibration. I've searched the forums and didn't realise that calibration isn't documented and that it is a factory service. I'm from Australia and I'm not too keen on sending my Moog back to the factory for a number of reasons ($'s, safety) but the biggest being time. Naturally this seemed to happen almost overnight when I have a big job on that is using it and I'm desperate to get it back on track asap. I have had other analogue synths in the past that I have tuned myself... I'd love to be able to do this myself.. for now and for the future as sending this big baby across the world every few years is not the only option I want to have. This is a loved synth that is used in the studio regularly and i really would like to know how to do fundamental servicing like this. I have contacted support but haven't heard anything back yet. Any advice from other people that have been in this position that are too far from the US?
ps. we've had a really cold week here.. i think this may be the problem. My studio is heated now but the Voyager still has tuning problems

Is there anyone that can help me with tuning instructions? My soundtrack will be finished tomorrow and I still haven't found a suitable replacement for my Voyager. I still haven't heard back from Tech Support or Amos.. How long am I supposed to wait? All i want to know are which trim pots are which. All I need to know is which trim pots adjust the overall tuning of the oscillators and the temperament (voltage/octave). I don't want to take risks and start tweaking things. I'm just upset that this has happened so drastically (and literally overnight) right at the end of a big project were it is used heavily.
