I have Cubase 13 and cannot make the minitaur recieve Midi.
The moog manuals for both hardware and the editor is also useless as they offer no explanation.
In the moog editor if I set my midi keyboard as input.
- pressing the keyboard maskes the Midi In light up in editor but not on hardware
- Midi out never light up exept when I click in editor user interface (Osc1 button) then midi out lights up and Midi in on hardware. Osc1 is then set on hardware
So I know there is some connection but settin it up correctly is a mystery.
Pls help
Minitaur midi setup
Re: Minitaur midi setup
How did you wire it? USB or MIDI cables?
PC or Mac?
Does it work if you use the standalone Moog editor? This would exclude Cubase as failure.
I, for example, wired only the USB-cable to my PC. If I start the Moog Editor it will immediately connect to the hardware.
It looks like the attached screenshot.
Does Minitaur send on MIDI channel 1?
Does Cubase receive on MIDI channel 1?
