No...it is possible to add this in the OS software....i only believe that this has very low prio for the programmer (RL).

Because back in 1999 three years before the Voyager was released, Bob put out a survey on AH - through a third party - asking what features people wanted in an analog synth. Vintage analog sound and a panel full of knobs were overwhelmingly favored over arpeggiator and sequencer.

lets be honest, if you have a voyager, you either have something that can sequence it, or you can at least play keys to some degree.
