Hey all - I'm always very gentle on the voyager, but I'm usually pretty open with letting folks noodle on it a bit. I don't know if if someone was jabbing at it with an over ambitions index finger or what, but suddenly the edit button doesn't instantiate that mode as easily as it used to, or not as easily as the other buttons. Sometimes i press it and the mode doesn't change, but if i massage it a bit or press a bit harder, than it's fine. Any ideas/recommendations? Thanks, b

Sounds like someones been massaging it a bit overzealously.
Hope you get it fixed!

Contact cleaner is the answer. I had the same problem a while ago. Just sprayed some form the front (you don't have to even take it apart) and it fixed the problem. Hope it helps.
