Saving the "CALIBRATION" patch to a new location?

Post by Array » Fri May 11, 2007 5:49 pm

Hey guys,

The "CALIBRATION" patch on the LP Stage is a great starting point for new patches, but is there a way to store changes made to this patch to a different location?

Thanks!

Whenever you save a patch, press store, move the data knob to the patch number you want to store it to, then confirm your save. It will then be saved to that patch number.

Calibration Patch

I cannot get the calibration path to store like a normal patch. Pressing store seems to do nothing.

this will probably be fixed in the new OS... you will not be able to save over the calibration patch, but should be able to store it to a different location.

For now, you can export the calibration preset as sysEx data. select the CA patch, go to the master->sysEx utilities menu, select "send cur preset"

then on the LP in preset mode select the patch location where you'd like to save a copy of the calibration preset, and send the sysex from your computer back to the LP. That should do it...
