Re: Screen Flicker
Hello Magikroom, Yes, I believe I have the screen flicker too. Definitely noticed it last night, the other times it was happening was when I was looking away, and catching it out of the corner of my eye, so I wasn't sure until I saw it directly. Seems to only happen once or twice during a 2-3 hour s...

Re: Aftertouch pressure question
Thanks for the replys guys, MC when you say modification, do you mean for new recently made Voyagers, or for those early editions that were apparently very hard to engage? It is not a super big deal for me as there are so many ways to modulate the sound, especially from the touch plate. I'm just cur...

Re: Aftertouch pressure question
Thanks for your response sunny pedaal. My Voyager is a new model, I have read that the early editions with aftertouch were hard to get to respond. I can't imagine what that would be like. I almost am afraid to use the aftertouch as a modulation option because I'm afraid I will break the keys off. Wh...

Aftertouch pressure question
Really enjoying my Voyager by the way! Just seems the aftertouch requires a bit of force to activate. Even with the amount set to max it takes what I consider a good bit of force to engage. I guess I'm use to the DSI type of aftertouch, which may be the extreme opposite in that it can be programmed ...

New Voyager Owner with OS update question.
Hello all, I don't post here much but I have recently acquired a new Voyager Stage Ed. in whitewash! Very stoked and have been enjoying it immensely the past few weeks. I purchased it from Sweetwater and all seems fine but I noticed on boot up it displayed an OS of 3.0 instead of 3.5. Strange since ...

Re: New Little Phatty / Slim Phatty firmware to test
No problem Vitja I'm glad I mentioned this! Over the years I just began to accept the limitation of not being able to overdub the polychained Phatty in Ableton. It would be nice to have this feature back though. One more thing I will mention about the Phatty Loader program with my system. Phatty Loa...

Re: New Little Phatty / Slim Phatty firmware to test
cool, maybe I'm the only Mac user who's having an issue with the new Loader... that'd be great. :) Mac users, please PM me also! As for this report: when I'm arpeggiating the two units (Stage + Slim), I like to tweak the parameters on the second unit (Slim) voice while playing to get a different so...

Re: New Little Phatty / Slim Phatty firmware to test
Thanks for the PM Amos with the links. I thought I would post my initial findings here. I do have a iMac (2.8 GHz Intel Core i5) and it took the program, Phatty Loader, several seconds to launch more than a normal "program" would. But, after that the Beta OS uploaded very quickly on my Pha...

Re: New Little Phatty / Slim Phatty firmware to test
Hello Amos, Good to talk to you personally at the Trash Audio meet in October. And indeed you did say You were going to work on an update to address the dropped notes when poly-chaining! You have done this and this is very cool. 8) I do have a Mac, but if it does not brick my Phattys I am willing to...

Re: Dropped and stuck notes even with new firmware
Very quickly, just be sure that midi overdub is not active when recording/ playback in Live. It causes a "stuck note" type of behavior if midi merge is turned on, on the Phatty. Anybody else notice this?

Re: SP Osc. 2 Freq. slightly out compared to my other SP & L
Hey guys, I hate to do this but I'm going to help keep this thread alive. I have a Little Phatty plus a Slim Phatty and I experience these problems as well. Months ago when the update to the Phatty OS was in development there was some discussion of this problem where the Phattys may not sound the sa...

Re: what do you think on this
Good question! I have all of my synths, ( including a Tribute and a Slim) plugged into a power conditioner. I leave all of them on and just turn on/off the power conditioner.
