I think this problem catches everyone out first time with audio input through an analogue filter. In most cases I've come across you need to trigger the envelope in order to hear anything. Do you have a MIDI controller? Easiest way would be to assign the 'Note Sync' CC# (CC#81 according to the manual (page 22)) to a knob or slider on the controller. Then you can control it's state with this control. The range of the control will be 0-127. 0-63 = Note Sync OFF, 64-127 = Note Sync ON.
