Re: Minitaur USB dropout
Also your Minitaur isn't useless if you use the 5-pin DIN midi connection into the Minitaur. Ampdecay did say that he wanted to specifically use the USB connectivity so I guess 5-pin DIN MIDI is not an option. In any case it's worrying to hear about these issues with the Minitaur. I can fully appre...

Re: Minitaur Rack Mount
Hi, has anyone heard of any news for the Minitaur Rack Mount? It would be great if it could be mounted next to a CP-251 or something. We do have plans for a rack kit specific to Minitaur. This should be released shortly. Hope this helps, -Your friends at Moog Cool. Will it house 1 Minitaur & so...

Re: Minitaur cutoff frequency does not track at 100 percent
I haven't actually used the Minitaur's software editor yet, but I believe all the other 'hidden' parameters are accessible from there. :D They certainly are  A good overview of the Minitaur editor in this video; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NLi9Gy95cPE You can off course use any device capa...

Re: External Audio & the Minitaur
I think this problem catches everyone out first time with audio input through an analogue filter. In most cases I've come across you need to trigger the envelope in order to hear anything. In the case of the Minitaur I guess that means turn the oscillators all the way down & hit a note on your M...

Depends on what controller you have. Check the manual. Should be easy to dodasuberes wrote:how do you assign a cc?

Here: http://soundcloud.com/emwhite/by-tors-bane-clip You can read my comments on Soundcloud but the cool thing about this patch is that you can play the pounding tones underneath the swirling resonant screeching without missing a beat as if it was done in two takes. Long live Taurus... sounds awes...

Re: Note-Synce ON
Do you have a MIDI controller? Easiest way would be to assign the 'Note Sync' CC# (CC#81 according to the manual (page 22)) to a knob or slider on the controller. Then you can control it's state with this control. The range of the control will be 0-127. 0-63 = Note Sync OFF, 64-127 = Note Sync ON.

Re: Minitaur Midi Touch iPad template + Moog register page d
Good stuff  I'm looking forward to getting my Minitaur & making an iPad Lemur template to control it. Should be some interesting possibilities with the physics based control objects, sequencers & stuff. Very cool that the Minitaur has such good comprehensive MIDI support for this kind ...

Re: Minitaur shipping!
Just got a confirmation email from sweetwater that my Minitaur is in the mail! Yay!!! You lucky, lucky bugger  Itching to get my hands on one of these. I wonder when it will turn up on UK shores? Digital Village in the UK have told me they are expecting a very limited number fairly soon. But ...
