The reset and synced oscillator when using hard sync.
Okay, so page 13 of the manual says that the hard sync effect can be heard when the synced oscillator is at a higher frequency than the reset oscillator and the main frequency heard is that of the reset oscillator. Now, exactly which oscillator is which? It would have been pretty great if the manual...
