I've updated the schematic.Stuka wrote:That looks exactly like something I would be interested in using with my rig!!
Do you by chance have an updated schematic with all the component values listed?

Re: Driving an LED with Moog CV
I don't know what the maximum output current is on MP-201 or Etherwave but you woud need at least several mA to get anything from an LED - possiby up to 10mA. Are you trying to get a linear change in the photo resistor caused by the CV output level? If so, you'll probably get nothing (or very little...

Multi-output EP-2 project
Thought you might be interested in a recent project to modify an EP-2 so that I can control more than one 'fooger parameter at the same time:

It's no MP-201, for sure...

Re: Guitarist needs to shape his soundwaves (MF107 and/or LF
I'm a guitarist with a Pigtronix Mothership. I like it a lot, but I would recommend trying it yourself before buying. It doesn't really handle dynamic playing well. When you play a note that is loud enough to trigger an output, the Mothership generates a note at the level set by a front panel contro...

Re: Foot-operated rocker switches?
True, and I have done this, but stomping on footswitches without shoes isn't very comfortable after a while. Perhaps I just need to cut the toes off my shoes - the best of both worlds...

Foot-operated rocker switches?
I'm a guitarist using 'foogers so I'm always looking for ways to control them mid-song without using my hands. I would really like to be able to operate the rocker switch on my ring mod with my foot. Has anyone seen a good solution for this? I'm ruling out replacing the switch - I'd rather not modif...

Re: New custom CV controller in the works: The Spider
Good stuff. I built an Arduino-based CV controller for my 'foogers myself. I should write it up sometime. I will follow your progress with interest...

Remote footswitches?
I'm considering adding remote footswitches to my 'foogers so that I can have the pedals on a table but turn them on and off with my foot. The internal footswitch is just a simple momentary switch with two contacts so I can easily put a remote switch in parallel. My question is: is this likely to cau...

Re: EP-2 stopped working!
If you can get hold of a meter that measures resistance, and know how to use it, check the measurement between ring and sleeve on the EP-2 plug. I can't remember exactly what it should be for the EP-2 but somewhere between 10k and 50k, I think. If it is, measure between tip and sleeve and operate th...

Re: EP-2 Static?
A few weeks ago I had a similar problem when using my EP-2 to control the mix on my Ring Mod. A few squirts of switch/electrical contact cleaner fixed it.

Re: Trouble with CV!
Interesting... could you clarify a couple of things? I seem to remember that the internal reference voltage that is presented on the tip is about 5.6V. Is that the absolute maximum for a CV? I mean, would it stop producing a change if I drove the input above 5.6V? Also, does a CV input below 0V have...

I'm afraid the manual doesn't answer my question. I'm going to be connecting my CV output to the pedal input between the tip and sleeve (ground). So I'd like to know how much current the tip input will draw. I won't be using the ring 5.7V at all - that's intended for use with passive expression peda...

Moogerfooger CV input current?
I'm thinking about building a simple controller but I need to know how much output current I need. In other words, what is the typical Moogerfooger CV input current/resistance?
Thanks.
Thanks.
