Re: Bad tech work from good intentions
Kevin, I'll step up to the plate on this one. Some might say...no good deed goes unpunished. I have in the past ventured into a project, it doesn't matter what it was, but at a certain time I reach a point were I STOP and realize my limitations and go to a qualified person. Some people can't stop. T...

Re: minimoog OS-Osc. 1 MIA
Kenneth and All,
minimoog OS Osc. 1 is still alive and well. No need to worry about
synth failures at gigs, I'm just a hobbyist but I still want everything
to be working correctly.
Best Wishes and a Happy Thanksgiving to all,
Harry

Re: minimoog OS-Osc. 1 MIA
Kenneth,
Thank you for your reply and thoughts. Dr. Bob smiled upon
me last night and Osc. 1 is now working. I realize that the
problem might very well surface again, but for now it's OK.
Thanks again for your reply,
Harry

minimoog OS-Osc. 1 MIA
Hello All,
As the title suggests Osc. 1 is gone completely. Everything else
is fine. It sounds like a trip back the Asheville, unless anyone
has a thought or idea. Has anyone else had a similar problem?
As always thanks in advance for any help,
Harry

Moog minimoog OS
Hi All, Before I ship my mini OS back for repairs I would like to run the issues that I am having by the Moog community. I would not be surprised that it will turn out to be "operator error" which would be nice. The mini OS when played has the sound of static or noise. This also happens wh...

Re: minimoog storage
Thanks to all for the suggestions. I was wondering what people thought about the "vacuum seal" idea. I would imagine that the climate that the vacuum sealing was done at should at an agreeable environment for storing a minimoog. Due to the fact that I have several minimoogs the cardboard b...

Re: minimoog storage
Thanks for the thoughts/idaes. Good and Bad for me is that I have several minimoogs. ATA cases will not work money-wise. Cardboard boxes might be my only choice. The moisture pack sounds like a good idea. I may be able to keep a minimoog here and there with friends. I can use one at a time until I g...

minimoog storage
Due to unfortunate circumstances I need to put my minimoogs in storage for an undetermined amount of time. I realize that storage is one of the worst things that can be done to electronics. A friend of mine suggested that I vacuum seal them "as shown on TV" This sounds like it would be OK....

Re: Hand signed moog voyager for sale.
Final comment; If I want to post a chicken for sell on the Moog Music site I will. Moog Music will delete the post, as they should. I should not be scolded by my fellow forum members who while have good intentions cross the line. And I will not submit to shaming tactics because I rebuked sellers pu...

Re: Hand signed moog voyager for sale.
Just a few points to clear up and I'll be done :-) Seth, some people need blasting. Alian, I'm glad that you are concerned about Rob's feelings regarding the obvious error of mine by misspelling his name. You weren't concerned about his feelings in your first response to him. The misspelling of his ...

Re: Hand signed moog voyager for sale.
Hi All, I've been lurking on this site for years. I have absolutely no expertise to add, unlike most of you. However, having said that I feel compelled to respond to the "ball busting" replies that you gave to "rog jrvis". Let me get this correct, he did not introduce himself to ...

Off-Topic: minimoog muSonics Help Needed
I realize that internet help with electronics is a crap shoot at best, but having said that, I am open to suggestions. I have a muSonics minimoog #1227 that hes been working fine for some time, but now all I can get out of it is the A-440 signal. It is being triggered by my Voyager via VX-351 CV Exp...

While Mike Bucki is not on the West coast. I can personally recommend Mike as a technician. Mike has worked on several of my Moogs for several years. I've found him to be honest and straight forward. I have never found Mike's prices out of line. While it would make more sense to find a West coast te...
