Re: Looking for information on Moog 1P

Well Eric the CP faceplate on my 15 measures 5 and 5/8 inches tall with about 1/8 of space on the bottom exposing a bit of the piano hinge. The CP is hinged on the bottom and opens up like a hopper when the top screws are removed.

Re: Looking for information on Moog 1P

Here are the dimensions you requested for the moog 15/1P case: Outside width - 18 inches or 457mm height - 24 and 3/8 inches or 619mm depth - 8 and 1/8 inches or 207mm Subtract 1 inch from the height and width to get the Inside case measurement if you are using 1/2 inch material as per original. Hop...

Here is a joystick I bought from Mediamix in the late 70s...worked great with the moog modular. It only required you build your own breakout box.

I think it's just an analog sound module for a keyboard. So no CV ins or outs. But it sounds good! :D The CV ins and out are inside the box just like the original...they just need to be brought out via internal connectors; ie molex as the original and create a patch panel. I did this with my origin...

Bought my second Minimoog in the early 90s for 225 and it was the newer model 12XXX with the heavy brown stain. This was during the beginnings of the grunge era when nobody wanted analog synths or any synths for that matter...I was happy with that purchase and works just fine today. Just needs a cab...
