Some way of attenuating Osc 3 when it's frequency modulating Osc 1 would open up a whole new palette of interesting (and slightly less hard !) sounds- easy peasy on the next update ? Separate wave modulation destinations for each oscillator would also be a lot of fun- at the moment any wave modulati...

Got a cheesy, not so interesting drum loop ?

Whack it in there- instant groove, modulations, distortion- use the V1.5 midi cc to get repeating modulations or use an analog sequencer on the CV inputs...

No trouble, Smokey. On more specific questions...in this one, lets get you synced up first- I'm not immediately familiar with your gear, but in general. 1. You'll have to decide which going to be your sync master, probably either your Triton or MPC;whichever is your most used sequencer (MPC?). If yo...

For what its worth...with no axe to grind about any of it...I have an old story to tell that may of be of some use to you, Smokey. My first synth was, and still is, an EDP Wasp, a basic yellow and black plastic thing with knobs on and a crude metal keyboard with the 'keys' painted on. It runs on bat...

barefoot touchpad control !

Greetings folks, The recent hot weather in UK has thrown up an accidental, unspecified foot controller...bare feet touching a metal surface (in this case a keyboard stand) will jack up your potential voltage on the A axis on the touchpad as long as you've also got a finger on it....! Careful tootsie...

Thanks for the tips, Mark. I am a novice Sysex user, but had tried 'Open any' and it makes no difference...I've tried downloading on both broadband and normal, and although it sees the file as 37k, all I ever get is 28(odd)k on disc, and always the same amount. I'm using Explorer(latest), and 'save ...

Updates using the Mac

greetings folks, I'm trying to get SysEx 4.8.0 (on macOs9) to read the .sys files for update to 1.5. Even after autotyping it just won't see them(greyed-out transmit field and '0' in the file size box). I've backed-up the V1 files from the Voyager>SysEx no problem, but no luck in making any sense of...
