Moog Sound Lab | El-P

Every year during Moogfest we hold our annual circuit bending contest, 2012's contest asked electronic and music aficionados to create a circuit bent sampler featuring sounds from the incredibly popular Moog Google Doodle.  This year's winning sampler was then used by many of the festival's headliners during Moogfest 2012 where Google was present to document the whole process.

Google's mini-doc chronicling this melding of music and technology and the resulting tracks, "Moogfest 2012: The Sound Lab EP", can be seen, heard, and downloaded at:

As part of "Moogfest 2012: The Soundlab EP" Producer and MC, El-P crushed the Moog Sound Lab with this hard hitting version of Stay Down off of his 2012 album "Cancer 4 Cure".

Utilizing a Moog Guitar, the gold 10th Anniversary Minimoog Voyager and Animoog to compliment his verbose attacks while keyboardist Wilder Zoby brought his own Vintage Moog Liberation to round out the song.
