Jay-Z's Life + Times releases 'The Blueprint: Moog' documentary

Multi-Platinum recording artist and entrepreneur Jay-Z curates a web-based culture outlet via his Life + Times website. During the Fall of 2012, Moog Music Inc. opened its factory doors to Jay-Z's Life + Times film crew for an unprecedented look inside our Asheville, NC facility.  

NAMM 2013: Next From Moog

Professor Herb Deutsch, synth pioneer and collaborator of Bob Moog, visited the Moog Machine Shop during Moogfest 2012. While here, Professor Deutsch explored Moog's next generation analog synthesizer, while still in its research & design phase. In the past, Bob Moog always tested his ideas, instruments and sounds with musicians and colleagues. This spirit of collaboration continues at the Moog factory to this day and is essential to our work.

Moog Music Sets Sights on Moogfest 2013

Moogfest was founded in 2004 by Moog Music Inc. in honor of the company's founder and the man whose name the festival bears, Dr. Bob Moog. Moog Music is excited to work closely with The Bob Moog Foundation, the City of Asheville, our fans and partners to make Moogfest 2013 a dynamic celebration of the innovative spirit of Bob Moog. Bob was a visionary, whose groundbreaking concepts and electronic musical instruments have forever impacted music.

Michael Wagener on The Ladder

Legendary Producer/Engineer Michael Wagener sat down with us at Wireworld Studios outside of Nasheville, TN to talk about his experience with The Ladder 500 Series module and demonstrate a variety of ways he's using it on guitars, kick drum, room mics and floor tom.

Monitoring through a high quality pair of headphones or studio monitors with video set to 1080p is recommended for optimal sound quality.
