AHA AVL presents Kovacs and the Polar Bear, RBTS WIN, The Critters

Moog is proud to announce its partnership with Shuffle Magazine and the debut of AHA AVL.  Kovacs and the Polar Bear, RBTS WIN, and The Critters kick off AHA AVL, the newest extension of the successful Moog Sound Lab series aimed at introducing the world to Asheville's most innovative artists. AHA AVL is our way of letting the international community know what's going on in our town and support Asheville's most exciting musicians. AHA AVL is a monthly live event that is produced in The Moog Store and videos can be viewed at Shuffle Magazine’s video site.


February 28, 2012 (Asheville, NC)- Moog Music Inc.’s newest concert series, AHA AVL, is proud to announce a partnership with Shuffle Magazine, North Carolina’s premiere music magazine. AHA AVL features cutting-edge Asheville artists in an invitation-only concert series at the Moog Store located in the Moog Music instrument factory. Shuffle shares the first series of previously recorded shows with the world on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at www.shufflemag.com. Featured musicians include Kovacs and the Polar Bear, RBTS WIN and The Critters.

AHA AVL is the newest Moog concert series aimed at introducing the world to Asheville's most innovative artists. Moog’s mission is to honor and support musicians. AHA AVL and the partnership with Shuffle embody this mission on a local level by allowing the international music community to see what’s happening in Asheville, the hometown of the Moog family since 1978.


Future releases of AHA AVL performers includeTwo Fresh, Lovett, Ahleuchatistas and many more. Due to very limited space, only 75 people are invited to watch the live performances however, Shuffle’s Facebook page will be giving away a pair of tickets for each show. ‘Like’ Shuffle Magazine on Facebook and contest details will be posted each month.


AHA AVL is filmed in HD and multi-tracked in the Moog Store at 160 Broadway St., on the edge of downtown Asheville. Shuffle will release the concert videos on the last Wednesday of every month at www.shufflemag.com.In addition, Shuffle will debut a new section expanding the coverage of AHA AVL and Asheville’s growing music scene in their spring issue slated to release April 9, 2012.
